Whether you’ve received a Peace Lily, succulent, orchid, or dish garden from Enchanted Blossoms, proper care ensures your plant stays happy and healthy. Use this quick reference guide to help you nurture your new leafy friend and keep it looking beautiful for weeks, months—or even years—to come.

1. Light:
Most indoor plants prefer bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid placing them in direct sun unless they are succulents or cacti, which love full sun.

2. Watering:

• Peace Lilies: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Leaves may droop slightly when thirsty—just don’t let it stay dry too long.

• Succulents: Water sparingly—only when the soil is completely dry. Avoid standing water.

• Orchids: Water about once a week and let excess water drain. Mist the leaves occasionally.

3. Humidity & Airflow:
Many houseplants enjoy moderate humidity. If your home is dry, especially in winter, mist your plant or use a humidity tray.

4. Fertilizing:
Use a balanced, diluted houseplant fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring/summer). Succulents and orchids may require specialty fertilizer.

5. Cleaning:
Dust plant leaves with a soft cloth to help them breathe and absorb light more efficiently.

6. Re-potting:
If roots are growing out of the drainage holes or your plant dries out quickly, it may be time to move to a slightly larger pot.
